INTRODUCTION
These General Conditions of Sale have as their object the regulation of the purchase
of products and services, carried out remotely and made available, via the internet, from
site https://www.caffesempione.com/.
We try in every way to satisfy our customers by offering a high quality product
quality.
PRICES
The prices indicated are expressed in EURO and include VAT for the Member States
of European Union.
ORDERS
All payments are made in EURO and include VAT for the Member States
of European Union.

SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES
Our shipments are made with the Indicate Corriere service. Shipments in
Italy have a cost of X Euro for each order, while for orders over X € la
shipping is free. Shipments to the European Union (*) have a cost of X
Euros for each order, while for orders over X € shipping is free.
Shipments in the World (**) have a cost of X Euro for each order, while for
orders over X € shipping is free.
Delivery times depend exclusively on the times declared by the carrier and are
generally 4-10 days for shipments to Italy and 4-15 days for shipments
ester.
If, upon delivery, the package should show any damage, sign
subject to the courier's document and we can send you a new product in
shortest time possible.
The customer is required to verify that the products received correspond to those of the order
carried out.

If the delivered products show defects, the customer must contact
Sempione roasting no later than 48 hours from delivery, by sending an email with photos of the

(*) Countries for which shipping is foreseen outside the Italian territory:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Holland, Poland, Monaco, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Hungary.
(**) Countries of the world for which shipping is planned: Saudi Arabia, Australia, Canada, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Japan, Kuwait, New Zealand, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, United States and Switzerland.
PAYMENTS AND SECURITY
Torrefazione Sempione accepts payments in Euros.
The following payment methods are accepted:
* Credit Card: we accept credit cards belonging to the Visa and MasterCard circuits
* PayPal
*Wire transfer
All transactions made by credit card take place through the respective
gateway.
No data relating to these types of payment is recorded by Torrefazione Sempione
We also accept credit cards enabled for the 3-D secure service, for which use will be
an additional PIN required.
Furthermore, Torrefazione Sempione uses a security certificate with an SSL encrypted connection a
1024 bits to further enforce security standards. Any attempted fraud will be identified and reported to the local competent authorities.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Pursuant to art. 52 of the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 ("Code of
Consumption "), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without any penalty e
without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the day you have
received the products purchased on https://www.caffesempione.com/
Torrefazione Sempione guarantees 100% reimbursement, with the exception of any duties e
local taxes.
Torrefazione Sempione ensures the right of withdrawal from the purchase no later than 15 days from
delivery date.
The refund will be made no later than 10 days from receipt of the goods
returned.
All products without packaging, or with damaged packaging, used or incomplete
will not be refunded.
The customer must communicate his desire to withdraw from the purchase through

Torrefazione Sempione reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and return them to the sender.
WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY
All Torrefazione Sempione products are guaranteed for 24 months from the delivery date. In case
of problems, the customer undertakes to contact directly Torrefazione Sempione by sending a
e-mail with photographic description of the problem to the following address:

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage due to
normal wear, accident, abuse or normal loss of color and wear of materials.
The images and colors of the articles on the site may not fully correspond to the real colors due to the type of computer screen or browser used for navigation.
Torrefazione Sempione reserves the right to charge the customer for any costs incurred for the verification of the product and for the shipment of the same, if it is intact and functioning or without the lack of conformity complained of and referable to the date of delivery.
APPLICABLE LAW
The purchase contract between the customer and Torrefazione Sempione is to be understood as concluded in Italy e
therefore it is governed by Italian law and by the community legislation that regulates
remote shopping. In the event of any dispute, the competent court will be the court of
