Because Torrefazione Sempione was born from an idea that, today, has become a reality.
Alberto Gallo, entrepreneur and barista for years in the world of coffee, in 2012 decided to combine experience and entrepreneurial professionalism with the world of classic roasting. Start, together with a friend, by delivering coffee and sugar in a van. In 5 years, however, that van has come a long way. In fact today we are a team of people, we supply over 50 different types of products, we serve more than 160 cafes and restaurants and we export to 4 countries.

(Specialty Coffee Association) because for him training and knowledge are the basis for obtaining a high-level product and service. In fact, it is constantly looking for the best result throughout the production process, from the bean to the cup.
